The Great Play Adventures team have over 15 years experience in designing and consulting within the playground industry in Australia. Great Play Adventures is a member of the associated industry body: PRAV (Playground and Recreation Association of Victoria).
Here’s how the Design Service works – Step by Step!
STEP ONE – MEETING
Our consultants will meet with you to discuss the various needs and aims of the project. They will conduct a site inspection and take photographs and measurements in order to determine the right equipment and configuration for the job.
STEP TWO – DESIGN
The playground will be designed and configured according to the consultation meeting outcomes. The design will take into consideration all Australian Safety requirements along with softfall zones.
STEP THREE – DRAWINGS AND QUOTATION
The finalized designs will be drawn using a 3 dimensional drawing software program. You will be provided with A3 size laminated drawing views. These include:

2 Drawing Views of the play system - can be used to show parents and children what the play system will look like.

Layout Plan View – shows all site measurements, placement of equipment, component list, fall height and fall zones.

Elevation Plan View – showing the various height levels of the play system.

Footing Layout View – show where all of the footings for the system will be.
Your package will also contain a written quotation from us with relevant information pertaining to warranties, equipment specifications, payment terms, colour ranges and insurance certificates.
STEP FOUR - MANUFACTURE
Once you have completed and returned our Quotation Acceptance Form and /or sent your Purchase Order and the 35% deposit, we will begin to manufacture your play system. Our customer care consultants will keep you up to date on the progress with regular communications about the expected construction date of your play system.
STEP FIVE – INSTALLATION
This is the final step! Installation time !
Our qualified installation teams are fully trained by Megatoy Play Systems.
They also hold a Working with Children Check and are experienced builders. All Megatoy equipment is installed according to the relevant Australian Standards. Our builders will complete an Installation Checklist with you and release the playground into your hands.
